Diary sub-note: 1546. Martin Luther, reformer, died Had breakfast in bed. Came down after the 1st lesson at 10.50. Was not allowed to go out at all & so Marjory & I looked at pictured of “David” & the Queen. Lavender gave me a marvellous book called “Our Ambassador King”. Liz’s birthday.
