Diary sub-note: 1384. John Wycliffe, reformer, died

Had a picnic in the snow. Skied[sic] for nearly 6 hours. There was a fancy dress dance & I was a Gypsy. We had a lovely dinner & danced up to 1.30. Had cards & things from daddie.
