Diary sub-note: Partridge shooting begins
1870. Capitulation of Sudan
Full Moon; 1.37 p.m.

Issue of 1st Edward VIII stamps came out. I bought some. Went for a walk with Doreen & Victor. Moved on to St Olaves for the night via Yarmouth. Joy was not very well all day.
